Prismont’s MST-IPA is an original tool designed for polishing, rectification, sanding, and deburring operations directly inside the internal diameters of workpieces, eliminating the dangers of manual finishing. In full compliance with EN 12840:2001 and ISO 23125:2010, it mounts on the existing toolpost of conventional or CNC lathes and uses a compact, high-torque air motor with a standard flap wheel to deliver controlled, repeatable finishing on metals and alloys. Available in two versions – Lite (0.4 HP, Ø 1″–1.5″) and Strong (1.0 HP, Ø 1.5″–3″, with 11″ or 21″ depth options) – it combines productivity and operator safety. Each unit comes with three abrasive flap wheels included, ready for immediate use.
