Description of the Milling Machine Safety Guard

Protects the operator from direct contact with rotating parts of the spindle and from the projection of shavings and lubricant-coolant. Attachable on the perimeter of the machine table. Equipped with two «total opening» sliding doors on ball guides, made in thick plastic material, «shapeable» for potential vice passage. The lateral panels are removable for an easier operation of long pieces. Complete with double safety microswitch.

1. Angular anchorage stirrups - in pressed steel
2. Perimeter structure - in aluminum profile
3. Safety microswitches with separated actuator - n.2 NC contacts - electrically interlocked
4. Removable lateral panels - in plastic shockproof and oil resistant material
5. Sliding ball guides, with an excursion equal to their length
