The MST-T001 is a classic electrically interlocked lathe chuck safety guard built with a sturdy steel frame and a shock and oil-resistant shield. Available in various dimensions, it is the only model designed to be positioned directly near the machine head, ensuring maximum operator protection. Its integrated electrical interlock system automatically cuts off power to the lathe as soon as the shield is lifted, guaranteeing compliance with international safety standards.

The MST-T001 combines robustness, ergonomics, and safety by protecting the operator from direct contact with the upper part of the chuck lathe as well as from lubricant and coolant projections. It is frontally and laterally fixed to the lathe base, ensuring rock-solid stability even during intensive operations.
Its semi-circular, adjustable shield can be positioned very close to the machine head, minimizing uncovered areas and improving operator safety. Thanks to its integrated safety microswitch, the lathe’s power supply is immediately interrupted whenever the shield is lifted, preventing accidental and dangerous spindle rotation.
Available in several sizes, the MST-T001 adapts to different chuck diameters. Each model provides maximum visibility, quick installation, and compliance with OSHA, ANSI, ISO-EN, and CE standards.
