Versatile and durable, this interlocked safety guard is designed for drills and similar machines. It features a double fixing system and is supported by an adjustable hexagonal arm.
Depending on your machine layout, it can be installed frontally (Model MST-TR10) or laterally (Model MST-TR11). Each version integrates a safety microswitch inside the rotation hinge, allowing the machine to start only when the guard is closed. The shield opens vertically to 60° / 120° / 180°, offering fast and unobstructed access to the work area.

The MST-TR10 / TR11 protects the operator from direct contact with rotating spindle parts and from the projection of chips, shavings, and lubricant-coolant. Its semi-hexagonal polycarbonate shield is supported by a widely adjustable hexagonal arm and equipped with an innovative vertical opening system at 60°, 120°, and 180° positions, ensuring quick and safe machine access.

The MST-TR10 / MST-TR11 guard includes a safety microswitch integrated directly into the hinge and connected to the machine’s control circuit. When the guard is opened, the machine automatically stops and cannot restart until the guard is closed again and the circuit is reset according to the machine’s safety procedure. This ensures continuous operator protection and full compliance with OSHA / ANSI / ISO-EN / CE standards.
